Loss or breakage of returnable items will be charged for at the cost price of the item.

Non-disposable items including platters, dishes, bowls and baskets, etc. must be available for collection free from food debris the day following delivery.

Should you require an emphasis on any particular aspect of your menu choice we will be happy to oblige. Equally if you wish to eliminate any ingredient or product please make this clear when placing your order. It should be noted that, as a policy, we do not use any foods that are genetically modified. Nuts are not used in the preparation of our food, but some ingredients may be manufactured where nuts are present. Occasionally we provide cakes that contain nuts and we will inform you if we do.

We will not compromise on the quality of our food and consequently may vary our menus when season or availability dictates. As well as ensuring that you only get the best available it enables us to provide variation and novelty to our menu formats.

Bespoke menus can be designed and catered for without difficulty. Reasonable notice is required for the unusual and a price will need to be agreed.

In general, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice when ordering and 72 hours for orders exceeding 20 people.

Orders for sandwich platters can usually be met at short notice if you are stuck. We will always try to solve the problem.

Our times of delivery are between 11.45 a.m. and 1.45 p.m., at 15 minute intervals. It is important that you specify your preferred delivery time when placing your order as we are only able to deliver two orders at a given time.

It is very important that someone is available at the agreed time to take delivery of your order. This enables us to provide all our customers with the service they expect.

Our minimum order qualifying for free delivery within Chippenham is £25. Orders for less than this, or deliveries outside of Chippenham, will incur a charge of £5.

We are happy to create a credit account, subject to the usual procedures for such a request. For invoices dated between the 1st and 31st of the month payment is due the following 15th. Consistent late payment will incur a charge of 5% of the outstanding amount, per month.

Cancellations of less than 48 hours will incur, at our discretion, a cancellation charge of 30% of the value of the order, or if less than 24 hours, the charge will be 50% of the order value.

In the unlikely event that our food or service does not, on any occasion meet the standard that you require, then you must tell us. We will resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

Finally it should be noted that all menus and extras are subject to the addition of VAT.
